Office Hours
Our office hours are Monday through Thursday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Visits are by appointment only. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please
notify us 2 business days in advance.
Emergency and After Office Hours:
Dental emergencies are never convenient or timely. If you are a current patient, and have a
dental emergency after regular office hours, please call us at (425) 453-1117.
Payment Options
Due to the nature of our specialty practice, it is our office policy to have
payment in full at the time of service. You can pay for your office visits and any treatments by cash, check,
credit or debit card at the time of treatment. While we are not preferred providers for any insurance company,
we are happy to file your dental insurance claims for you and will ask them to reimburse you directly. To
discuss your payment options or insurance coverage, please call 425-453-1117.
