Dr. Wadhwani is recognized by his colleagues as a respected leader, author, educator and clinician. Considered to be one of the world’s leading authorities on restoring dental implants, Dr. Wadhwani lectures throughout the world, teaching other dental specialists techniques he has created to improve dental care. He is the primary author of countless scientific articles in peer-reviewed dental journals and has contributed to academic textbooks with his ground-breaking research.
Originally from London, England, Dr. Wadhwani received his undergraduate degree from the University College London School of Dentistry and was awarded honors and distinction in Dental Surgery. He taught at the dental school in London as a clinical lecturer in the restorative department for many years. He received his specialty certificate in Prosthodontics as well as a Master’s Degree from the University of Washington School of Dentistry in 2004.
Dr. Wadhwani is an Affiliate Assistant Professor in the Department of Restorative Dentistry at UW, and also an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Loma Linda University and Clinical Assistant Professor at Oregon Health & Science University.
Dr. Wadhwani has won awards for his work from the Academy of Osseointegration, the American Prosthodontic Society and the Canadian Academy of Restorative Dentistry. He remains actively involved in dental research with the University of Washington, University of California – San Francisco, University of Texas, and Oregon Health & Science University. In addition to his awards for research, Dr. Wadhwani remains a top-rated practicing prosthodontist, having been named “Top Cosmetic Prosthodontist” by his professional peers and consistently voted Seattle Magazine’s “Top Dentist” every year since 2009.

Marlene has enjoyed working in dentistry for 40 years! Her favorite aspect is taking the time to connect with each patient and getting to know more about their lives with each visit. Away from the office, Marlene enjoys making jewelry, going to farmers markets, and exploring Washington.
Jennifer
Lead Clinical Assistant
Jen is Dr. Wadhwani's right hand gal. She has been a registered dental assistant since 1989 and has worked at our office since 2000. When she's not working she likes to spend time outdoors, traveling with her husband. An avid Seahawks fan, Jen is our official 12th man and gets us all excited for games.
Julie
Hygienist
Julie has been a valued hygienist at our office for over 25 years. She is also involved in local hygiene study clubs and outreach programs in the community. Julie has a caring nature and enjoys volunteering at homeless shelters and at her daughter's school in her free time. Her perfect day is spent boating with friends on Lake Washington, taking in the beauty of the Pacific Northwest.
Lisa
Hygienist
Lisa joined the hygiene team at NW Prosthodontics in 2013. Previously, she worked as an instructor of dental hygiene for 15 years and practiced in other specialist offices giving her an understanding of orthodontics, prosthodontics, and pediatric care. Lisa received an award for her work in the community on "Sealant Day," providing services to underserved children.
Nia
Hygiene Assistant
Nia has been a part of our team since July of 2022. Her patience is always available wherever help is needed. You may find her assisting hygienists, working in the sterilization room, or at the front desk. When she's not working, she loves to travel and hike with her husband and their two fur babies.
Wendy
Business Manager
Wendy has supported NW Prosthodontics since 2007. Although her primary role is bookkeeper, she wears many hats around the office and steps in as part of the team whenever needed. Like Dr. Wadhwani, Wendy is originally from London, England.
